Remodel Predictions for the New Year
Kitchens: white kitchens are still at top of the preferred list, but we are easily personalizing space and making dramatic change with new colors. Quick and easy budget change. (I'm going to do this)
* More concrete accents throughout.
* High-contrast, large print botanical and floral prints! (love this)
* Trough, bucket sinks in dark colors. Look for stone, copper.
Bedrooms: more neutrals and minimalist furnishings, rather than heavy treatment. We need sound and purposeful rest.
Think bang for your buck when remodeling. Build value as well as appeal. You can't loose being a homeowner. Best investment EVER!
